Westbury is expanding its sales team! We’re looking for a Sales Supervisor who can lead, motivate, and drive results while building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives.
  • Set sales targets and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Track and analyze team performance metrics.
  • Support client acquisition and retention initiatives.
  • Report sales performance to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably with supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed sales decisions.
